Shareholder
Larry is a 1973 graduate of the University of Alabama
with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He joined the firm in
1975 and was admitted as shareholder in 1981. Prior to joining the
firm he was on the audit staff of Deloitte & Touche.
Larry's primary areas of concentration involve auditing and tax
services for closely-held businesses and professional practices. He
has worked with clients to advise them in the negotiation and structure
of acquiring and selling their businesses. Larry works with numerous
individual clients in tax planning and tax return preparation. He
advises businesses in the construction, agricultural, financial
services, healthcare and legal and professional service industries.
Larry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants
serving as past Treasurer of the Huntsville-Decatur Chapter. He is
also a member and past treasurer of the Rotary Club of Decatur.
Larry and his wife, Debbie, enjoy spending time with their family
and are very involved in their church. He serves as Treasurer of the
First Baptist Church of Decatur and the Morgan County chapter of the
Alabama Alumni Association.
